Hotel Vanessa - Verbier

The hotel staff exceeded our expectations, offering personalized service that included arranging ski rentals and dinner reservations. The kids loved opening their Christmas presents under the tree, creating a nice holiday experience.

Hotel staff was excellent and sympatic the whole time we stay at the hotel. Very nice view from the room window. Room quite spacious, however the bath room very small.

Location not far from the center of Verbier, restaurants and concerts and events. High quality food in the restaurants such as A Team Pizza, located 10 min away. Particularly good breakfast - a lot of meals.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions, cable cars and restaurants. Surrounded by shops, it is also conveniently located near a small green area with an interesting rock. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. The hotel staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities are top-notch with a great spa, hot tub and sauna.

Perfect location, very nice staff and large rooms. The minibus that takes you to the ski lift every day is an extra bonus.

The service was just dreadful, especially from the rude receptionist who defended the appalling manager. The spa was hardly ever open, how could i relax? I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience, but no one really seemed to care about my comfort. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The deluxe double rooms have a fantastic view!

That was modern hotel set in beautiful area, just next door to Switzerland, the centre of the village and the restaurant at night. The rooms they offer were good sized and huge with a lot of light, a nice view, as example. The location was nice and the services were good! This was a perfect christmas, I didn't feel like leaving.

the breakfast buffet had a great variety and delicious options. the shower pressure was a bit low.
