the service was just dreadful, especially from the rude receptionist who defended the appalling manager. also, the spa was hardly ever open, how could i relax? i expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience, but no one really seemed to care about my comfort. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I found the food quality inconsistent, with some meals underwhelming and not quite matching up to what you'd expect at a place like this. noise from common areas sometimes disrupted the peace, especially during the late-night hours.
